A map of what JuriBase AI can do, so you know what you can hand it.
Finding & understanding the law
- Legal research — Ask a legal question and get a reasoned answer built from the authorities, with the cases and statutes it relied on listed underneath.
- Keyword search — Search the law reports and legislation directly for a case or phrase you already have in mind, with an authority-strength signal on each result.
- Chat with case law & legislation — Open a single judgment or statute and interrogate it: what it holds, what a section means, how it applies to your facts.
- JO analysis — See how a particular judicial officer has approached matters like yours before.
- Citations — How JuriBase cites what it relies on, and how to verify each authority in a click.
Producing & working with documents
- Drafting — Turn a brief into a first draft: submissions, letters, pleadings, or a single clause.
- Template training — Teach it your own drafting style from documents you upload, so new drafts come back in your voice.
- Document review & analysis — Attach a document and have it read closely, flag the risks, and answer your questions about it.
- Summarization — Condense a long judgment, contract, or statute into something you can read in a minute.
Research, drafting and document review all run from the same box on the research screen — the difference is what you ask for and what you attach. Most work moves between them: a research answer names an authority, you open it and press on it, then you brief a draft from what you found.
What every answer gives you
Answers come back in a common shape: a confidence rating, the authorities themselves — each with a View in Kenya Law link so you can check the source in one click — and, where the answer leans on quoted passages, those passages with a note on why each matters. You can export the whole thing to DOCX or PDF. How it works explains what happens between your question and that answer.
