This page explains what happens to your data in the product. The Privacy Policy is the binding document.

What you upload

Attached documents are PDF or Word, up to five per question, 64 MB each.

An attached document is used as context only inside the chat you attached it to. It is not drawn on in other conversations. It is not added to the searchable corpus.

My Documents in the sidebar lists your uploads. You can delete documents permanently from there.

Uploads are kept until you delete them. Nothing expires on a timer.

What it writes down about your matter

JuriBase AI keeps a working file for the chat during a run. This includes facts taken from your brief, notes, and researcher memos. The file belongs to the chat and allows later turns to pick up where you left off. The progress log shows what is recorded.

Drafting templates

Uploaded drafting templates can be removed using Forget from the Drafting Templates page.

What is public

Keyword search runs against Kenya's public record. Searching and reading cases requires no account and exposes nothing of yours.
